Certain combinations of Kaleido/Artisan/PC don't work quite right without making a few changes within artisan. We typically see on the Kaleido M10 cooling fan. If your cooling fans are not turning on, follow the steps below to fix this. Change the following:
Config -> Events -> Buttons Tab
Config -> Events -> Events Tab
